Situated in the lovely village of Shilbottle, the most recent Running Fox is situated opposite the village green and within the historic Farriers Arms, the local pub.

Call in for a fabulous foxy fix, be that breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea or everything in-between! We’re only a hop, skip and a jump off the A1!

The Running Fox – Northumberland

In 2011 a cunning plan was hatched to open an Artisan Bakery in Felton. In the gorgeous Northumberland village of Felton, close to the banks of the River Coquet lies our first Cafe.

In 2017 our 2nd Coffee shop opened in Longframlington and the bakery was re-located to this site. Smaller than Felton with a lovely garden and 100% dog friendly.

In 2019 our 3rd site opened in Shilbottle offering another pretty village venue close to Alnwick and on the way to Alnmouth & Warkworth. 45 seats with plenty of parking and seeing the launch of our first Homeware shop called Kit.

Finally in 2021 our 4th and newest Foxy Coffee Shop opened in the beautiful coastal village of Longhoughton. With 45 seats and our second and largest Gift and Homeware shop, Kit.
